I have a varied background and spent 20 years as an alternative Podiatrist specialising in chronic and complex pain. More recently I discovered my passion for natural medicine and am pursuing this through Endeavour College. Often labelled a serial entraprenuer, I love to create opportunity and value equality and balance in life. I value dealing with causes and not symptoms. In my spare time I love dancing, travelling and learning new languages. 

Head Chef

Born in the heart of Italy, specifically in Puglia, a region renowned for its rich culinary heritage and vibrant traditions. Simone, 39, embodies the characteristics of warmth and generosity from the region. With a deep passion for culinary exploration, and a firm belief in the power of doing good and dedicating their professional life to the food industry since the tender age of 15, shaping a journey filled with flavorful experiences and meaningful connections is Simone's calling.
